Up and Coming Events

Dear Grandparents,

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the grandparents who attended our special event on Friday. We were absolutely delighted with the wonderful turnout, and it was truly uplifting to see so many of you joining us in school.

The children were overjoyed to share their learning, creativity, and classroom experiences with you. Your presence made the day incredibly meaningful for them, and the excitement and happiness they felt was clear to see.

A special thank you goes to the grandparent of Alizah in 1 Green, who kindly accompanied the class and read three beautiful poems. Her grandmother who also made an incredible effort to create a very interactive storytelling session of Brown Bear, Brown Bear, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. We would also like to express our appreciation to Alizah’s great-grandmother for attending and contributing to such a memorable day.

We would also like to extend a warm thank you to Joshua’s mum and grandmother, who supported the children and the session throughout. Her help made a wonderful difference, and we truly appreciate the time and care she gave.

Moments like these strengthen the bond between home and school, and we are deeply grateful for the support you continue to show.

Thank you once again for being part of this special event. We look forward to welcoming you back to Newbury Park Primary School for future occasions.

Warm regards,

Mrs Adam - Art Lead

Get Ready for Our Daily Mile Santa Dash! 🎅🏃‍♂️

Get ready to Dash – the Santa Dash is almost here! On Friday 5th December, our school will be joining schools across the country for a fun, festive Daily Mile to celebrate movement, togetherness, and the run-up to the end of term.

To help you get involved and prepare:

🎅 🎄 Festive Dress-Up: Encourage your child to add a touch of holiday sparkle! Santa hats, festive jumpers, tinsel, or Christmas dress up - children must wear trainers.  It’s a fun way to bring colour and excitement to our Daily Mile.

We can’t wait to see everyone join in and make this Santa Dash a festive, fun-filled event.
